Here’s a step-by-step tutorial on how to remove green screen in After Effects:

1. Select Layer containing the Green Screen footage
2. Open the Effects & Presets panel (Window > Effects & Presets if not visible)
3. Search for "Keylight" in the 'Effects & Presets' panel
4. Double click 'Keylight' effect from the results
5. In the Effects Controls panel, click the Eyedropper next to Screen Colour
6. Select the background color you want to key out
7. This will make the selected color transparent making the layer underneath visible
