Here’s a step-by-step tutorial on How to change background in video with Descript:

1. Open your project in Descript.
2. Click on the Layer from the left sidebar of the screen.
3. Click on Visual Effects. 
4. Click on green screen and switch it on to remove the background.
5. Click on Stock from the right bottom of the screen.
6. Click on shapes & choose the dimension you prefer. 
7. Click on Position and Choose the position in which you want to apply. 
8. Right click on the image and choose layer order.
9. Click on send backward.
