How to blur a layer in After Effects

1. Select the Layer you want to Blur
2. Search for 'Blur' in Effects & Presets panel
3. Double click 'Fast Box Blur' form the results
4. This will add the effect to the selected layer. Use the 'Blur Radius' Slider to adjust the intensity of the effect
